Our Story

TIGER TALENT PARTNERS was founded in 2017 by Frances Kimberly P. Tumimbang, born from a powerful idea: that Filipino professionals—highly skilled, deeply committed, and globally competitive—deserve a greater presence on the world stage. With that belief, Frances built the company from the ground up in the Philippines, creating a service model that would not only meet the growing demand for virtual support abroad but also provide meaningful employment and growth opportunities at home.

In its early years, Tiger Talent Partners operated with a lean team and a laser-sharp focus on quality. The company began serving clients in the United States and Australia—markets known for their high expectations and fast-paced operations. With each new partnership, the business refined its systems, tailored its services, and expanded its capacity to meet the evolving needs of professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations abroad.
